Kronos SimSports, a French non-profit association (RNA W343032407) with its registered office at 1496 Avenue de l’Europe, 34170 Castelnau-le-Lez, France, is the controller for the processing described below.

We only collect data you provide voluntarily, and only what is needed to handle your request.

No sensitive data is requested. The site performs no profiling and makes no automated decisions.

• Processing a driver application and getting back to you — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Answering a contact, partnership or press enquiry — legal basis: the association’s legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
• Presenting the team on the site (member name, office, photo, iRating) — legal basis: the association’s legitimate interest in presenting its members. Any member may ask to be removed by simply getting in touch.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Messages sent through the forms are delivered to a private channel on the team’s Discord server, accessible only to staff members handling recruitment and partnerships. The site keeps no copy of your message.

This means a transfer to Discord, whose servers are located in the United States. Discord participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. By using our forms, you agree to your message being routed there.

No data is shared with any other third party, apart from our hosting provider, which processes the technical data required to deliver the site.

• Unsuccessful applications: deleted from the Discord channel within 12 months.
• Contact enquiries: kept for the duration of the exchange, then 12 months at most.
• Member data shown on the site: for as long as they are part of the team, then removed when they leave.

The site itself stores no personal data: there is no public database, no user account and no browsing history.

This site uses neither Google Analytics, Matomo nor any other analytics tool, and sets no advertising cookies. No consent banner is therefore required.

Stores your language preference (French or English). Duration: 1 year. Strictly necessary cookie, exempt from consent.

In addition, fonts are hosted on our own servers — so your browser never contacts Google Fonts — and Instagram feed images are proxied through our server: your browser makes no direct connection to Meta.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to us at kronos.simsports@gmail.com. We reply within one month at most.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted from the server, never from your browser to a third-party service, and the technical credentials enabling that transmission are never publicly exposed.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.

This policy may be updated at any time, in particular if the site or the applicable regulations change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
